This 100 year old St. Paul house had a bathroom that was in pretty poor condition. Not only was it gutted due to some unfortunate plumbing issues, once we opened things up, we learned that the old plumbing was far from code and was not going to do the trick!

Fast forward and you’ll see top of the line tile work, a Kerdi shower system that is both customizable and provides a consistent waterproof membrane and unique and interesting finishes. We are crazy about this retro bathroom with modern fixtures in an old house!
